What We Do
At Preferred Developments, we also offer a turn-key approach commencing on the project from pre-design or during the design documentation phase. Preferred Developments will assist in engaging the relevant consultants and work with the design team to develop the documents and navigate through the Development Approval and Construction Certificate process. Once approval has been provided to commence construction we will continue to work collaboratively with the client, stakeholders and design consultants throughout the construction phase to the delivery of the project.
